Lower eBook tax rates in 2015?
Labels:
eBook
I'm working for a while now on eBook projects and recently I visited another customer who wanted to start to sell eBooks as well via his online shop.
When I mentioned eBooks have a VAT rate of 21% rather than 6% here in Belgium he was baffled and was wondering how his pricing should look like. Will that make the eBook more expensive than the print book or do reduced production - i.e. printing - cost fill this gap?

Need to revamp my Archimate 2.0 knowledge so I figured to take a course, though they're all quiet expensive. Started googling around and found some good sources that might be just good enough to get a head start, perhaps I'll follow a course afterwards, we'll see.

Personal expectations @work
In our ever increasing technology world we use technology both at home and at work.
Today there's a rather big difference between the two and many people find themselves using simple, user friendly systems and when they come back in the office they look at complex environments.

Consolidation or Integration?
Labels:

Do you have multiple systems in your company that are doing the same thing, but slightly different? Do you also feel that those multitude of systems get in the way when figuring out how to implement new business models?
The usual reflex of an organisation is to consolidate the systems in order to reduce costs. However, consolidation is not a guarantee to reduce overall costs, in fact companies can end up with even higher operational cost.
